For our Value Stream Department within our Service organization in Brande, Denmark, we are looking for a Value Stream Coordinator. The department is located within Supply Chain Management and ensures the flow of purchasing spare parts globally with interface to the regions. What are my responsibilities? As a Value Stream Coordinator your main responsibilities will be to assist the management and team members in all relevant tasks related to procurement in order to contribute to the smooth and effective handling of our daily business. More specifically, your main responsibilities will be to: · Manage own portfolio of Suppliers related to operational purchasing, i.e. fulfill demand and secure high delivery performance. · Participate in cross-functional work groups to secure high delivery performance (e.g. commodity meetings, process teams, user meetings etc.) · Daily Performance Monitoring and participate in Supplier Development in general · Optimize processes within the areas of responsibility. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or the like, combined with good experience in procurement, logistics and/or freight. · Preferably, you are familiar with Lean processes. · As a person you are proactive and structured with strong coordination and interpersonal skills. · You are a dedicated team player thriving in an intercultural environment as well as a skilled communicator with an excellent command of Danish and English orally and in writing. · In addition, you are familiar with the most prevalent IT applications, e.g. the Microsoft Office suite and ideally SAP. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
