About the department In Aseptic Production (AP) Support we are 60 colleagues organised in 4 teams and has a central support function worldwide in supporting production and development of diabetes products. All teams have different responsibilities and you would be heading up a newly established team which is formed out of split of a team that have grown too large for one associate manager. The job You will have the responsibility for the performance of the team and for ensuring the correct prioritisation between the team’s numerous tasks. You need to ensure that the team has the right resources and competences at hand at all times and support your team in both personal and professional development. You will focus on creating a work environment that fosters job enthusiasm, and you encourage and facilitate professional discussions. Furthermore, you will seek to establish good collaboration with your stakeholders and participate in cross-organisational projects. Your leadership supports a LEAN culture where continuous improvement is a natural part of everyday work. Lastly, you will report to the Director of AP Support and be a member of the management team consisting of the Department manager and 4 Team Leaders. Qualifications You either have an academic degree within a relevant field of expertise and you are a passionate people manager with strong analytical skills. Ideally you have 3-5 years of management experience and proven strong leadership with ability to inspire and motivate others and empower your team members to deliver excellent results. You have a strong lean mind-set, an ability to facilitate complicated problem solving and to find the right root causes. Additionally, you are well organised and you approach challenges in a logical manner. You are also keen on finding practical solutions and executing the necessary actions to secure progress. You have the ability to prioritise and plan ahead, while keeping focus on achieving the goals.
