- Sourcing - Denmark - Bagsværd Are you looking for new challenges? – now you have the opportunity: We are looking for an Associate Sourcing Professional to be a part of our Purchasing team in Bagsværd. About the department The Purchasing department in Sourcing Operations (SoOp) is responsible for the purchasing process for direct spend in Novo Nordisk. As our new Associate Sourcing Professional you will join the Printed Packaging team, a team of 12 highly skilled and motivated employees. Your team is responsible for purchase order management and ensures supply of Printed Packaging Materials from external suppliers. The main customers are Novo Nordisk Product Supply manufacturing sites in Denmark and abroad. The job You will be responsible for ensuring deliveries to production in full and on time. To ensure this, orders from production needs to be prioritized, executed and coordinated. Subsequently purchase orders needs to be coordinated and placed with international suppliers. You will also be supporting our tactical purchasers towards the external suppliers with different analysis or data. Further you will be involved in defining and lead projects or ad hoc analysis to improve our business processes across the team. In order to solve these tasks, you will have to coordinate and collaborate with many internal and external parties. You can look forward to an exciting and dynamic working day where you have influence on your work and responsibility for ensuring that the team reach the targets. Qualifications Preferable you have a HD or Master degree e.g. in supply chain, economics or engineering. This combined with a couple of years’ experience within purchasing or a similar field. As we are working in a GMP environment, it is important that you are quality-conscious. Experience with SAP is an advantage as well as Excel experience is a prerequisite. You have strong analytical skills and show a strong sense of responsibility, fully owning your work tasks while driving performance and continuous improvement. As a person you have a positive mindset and like a dynamic environment with many simultaneous tasks and changing priorities, while managing strict deadlines. You bring a can-do attitude, value team-work, and possess a strong personal drive and dedication. Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
