We are searching for solution designers suitable for the role of Business Solution Manager who can thrive in a matrix work environment preferably from a fintech background to drive solution design and customer on-boarding in a fast growing business segment with a unique value proposition. Skill set needs to include proven track record in execution and implementation of complex IT projects and ability to support customers as respected thought partner. CMS Business Area CMS Business Area is part of Financial & Network Services division led by Susanne Brønnum and is commercially responsible with own P&L. Sales, technical implementation, and running operations are provided by other units in matrix organisation. The unit is one of top growth areas within the Nets Group and it delivers a unique services to support banks and other financial institutions in a the challenging market environment due to increased regulations, strong competition and declining income. Our clients benefits from economy of scale, time to market and extensive functional capabilities based on a modern standardised CMS platform fully integrated in the Nordic payment ECO system and leveraging the experience Nets has gained over the last 36 months migration 10 portfolios. Our services enables clients to deliver a unique consumer experience with key digital touchpoints to simplify the usage of payments indifferent of the type of product (Debit, Credit, Loan, etc) and type appearance (chip, contactless, mobile, etc.) Our CMS service offering handles the full life cycle of consumer in payments which includes application processing, issuing of an account, chip and wallet, authorisation, risk prevention, transaction handling, pricing, interest calculation and statementing and collection management. We anticipate further significant double digit growth due to an excellent value proposition to improve the profitability of our clients in debit credit, credit cards and sales finance portfolio’s and are looking for new colleagues who would like to be part of a team who drives this change in the industry and deliver value to our clients. Key responsibilities and tasks Key contact for our clients to define the solution to meet their needs Own and drive the business solution design together with our Experts for the implementation, based on customer scoping requirements and leveraging our standard capabilities (CBS framework). •Owns solution design and generic business requirements for a client implementation (including cross service areas within Nets) and deliver a competitive value proposition meeting client demands. •Owns scope of the service, implementation and migration principles / terms of the client •Ensure client value of proposed solution meets the needs and at an acceptable Risk/Cost level •Ensure high use of standard re-usable and scalable solutions to support time to market, minimize exceptions and reduce the cost •Owns business solution architecture updates of migrated clients to include growth and evolving needs •Ensure delivery of professional, sustainable, generic and compliant solutions within business architecture. •Ensure that solutions are in line with FNS strategy, business architecture, product roadmaps and Nets internal requirements. •Ensure hand-over, knowledge transfer and correct execution of the solutions by the parties responsible for implementation. •Ensure timely delivery and client decision making of on-boarding projects into migration and implementation projects •Thought partner for prospective and existing customers to prioritize standardized solutions of CMS rather than customized adaptation to meet existing legacy systems functionality •Contribute to definition and execution of the CMS strategy •Contribute to development and execution of product roadmaps Support cross-functional support •Identify and engage key stakeholders and peers critical to CMS business growth, namely within sales, pre-sales, k
