Configuration Manager in Nordea Production Engineering (PE)

As a Configuration manager you will work with highly skilled and dedicated colleagues in a changing, demanding and interesting environment. You are seen as an expert with-in the area of configuration management and will be responsible for securing high data quality. You will be working with storing, modelling and configuring vital data and just as important are the internal system and logical relations. This is considered as one of the most important pieces in the “Nordea business puzzle”, due to the fact that financial as well as strategic/ tactical/ operational decisions are based upon analyzes performed on configuration data. Your primary area of responsibility will be to maintain a logical data model, containing the all the elements needed to provide Nordea with a complete service model of the I&O organisation, act as primary stakeholder when integrating tools/federated sources and decide/verify changes to the structure and setup of configuration databases as well as developing Configuration Management standards, plans and procedures. You are encouraged to anticipate possible challenges, define the problem, and identify possible solutions. You will participate in workshops, work with teams and select and implement the most appropriate solution. We expect you to be innovative and prepared to rethink how we work today. Analytical and structured The right candidate possesses technical knowledge of logical models and configuration databases, is structured and leaves nothing by chance. You have at least three years of experience working with configuration management. Well versed in ITIL. You have good communication skills, as well as a positive open mind towards the process-and service receivers. You must be able to work independently, as well as in team and you must also be able to work in an “ever changing world” where demands change based on Business needs across organizations. As a person you are analytical and structured. You are ambitious and persistent in your approach to deliver high quality solutions with stability and maintainability as focus areas. You take on new responsibilities when required - even outside your ordinary area of expertise.
