Then you may want to become part of Global People Systems in Novo Nordisk. About the department Global People Systems is a team of 7 highly engaged colleagues responsible for driving implementation of global HR IT projects and for further developing global HR IT systems in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. The job Novo Nordisk is moving towards a common global HR IT platform covering all the main HR life cycle processes. However, some processes cannot be supported on the global platform and will need to be supported by best-of-breed IT solutions. With the purpose of supporting these systems in a more effective and efficient way, we are now centralising system ownership in Global People Systems. For a start, your role will be the system owner delegate for our global Employee Health and Safety system (called EHS Portal) and another smaller system handling patient medical records. There is a project underway to merge these two systems and you will take lead on that project. You will chair the global change advisory board. And you will work closely with process experts in our global Health and Safety organisation as well as with our Corporate IT organisation in Bangalore, India. Your key areas of responsibility will be business system support and managing super-users and training (40%), projects and continuous improvement of the EHS portal (40%) and general management and administration of system development including ensuring compliance (20%). Improving the user experience will be high on the agenda. You can later expect to take on responsibility for more systems and also to be engaged in other projects and activities within the department. The job is located in Bagsværd, Copenhagen area. Limited travel abroad must be expected. Qualifications You have an academic degree within IT, engineering, business administration or similar. We expect that you can document at least 3 years of relevant experience from a similar or related role concerning one or more global IT systems. You possess a good business understanding and have excellent stakeholder management skills. You are able to work very structured and independently. You have strong analytical skills, personal drive and ability to deliver quality work on parallel activities and still reach deadlines. On our global systems we are very dependent on close cooperation and teamwork, so candidates must be service minded, positive and flexible in their approach to work. You need to be able to bridge between the technically skilled people in the IT organisation, and the more process oriented people in the global Novo Nordisk Health and Safety organisation. Therefore excellent communication skills and mastering virtual cooperation is a must have.
