Continuous Improvement (LEAN) Expert for Nordea Markets

With Delivering Business Value at the forefront of our minds, Nordea Markets is seeking an experienced LEAN Expert to work with a small team of dedicated coaches. As part of the LEAN-Agile Methods team you will be playing a key role in revolutionizing the way Nordea delivers IT solutions to the business. Nordea Markets is the largest brokerage house in the Nordics providing a wide range of cutting edge financial services and solutions. The position we offer As part of the LEAN-Agile Methods team, your main responsibilities will be: •Identify and Quantify opportunities for improvement within Operational processes. •Support the LEAN- Agile organisation •Driving tangible and measureable improvements •Facilitate sharing of best practices through informal communication channels and/or formal training sessions •Work with value-stream maps to identify areas of waste and potential improvements •Ability to work alongside and compliment the Agile Coaches •Decisive coaching and mentoring of teams around LEAN-Agile processes and methodology •Facilitate and drive organizational change management at the team and the business level and be personally credible and a strong self-starter •Provide input to definition of meaningful metrics in support of moving the needle as the organization moves towards LEAN-Agile methodology •Be an effective communicator at all levels, in both structured and non-hierarchical, informal structures •Be ambitious and flexible with excellent team skills and a strong personal drive. •Establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels, as well as in many diverse situations and environments The qualifications you need We imagine that the perfect candidate(s) come with: •5 years of work experience in the use of LEAN methodologies and supporting tools required •3-5 years of experience in a LEAN expert role is required •Agile experience is a strong plus •2-3 years’ experience in large organizational transformations is required •Capable of leading and practically implementing LEAN methods directly with individual teams The key factors for being a success in the position, you need to have : •Excellent people skills and change management experience The job is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
