For our Offshore PM, Tender Management department, we are looking for a controller to support the Tender Management team in all financial/commercial aspects in order to improve the existing tender calculation process and ensure high-quality project budgets. What are my responsibilities? • Participating in and driving the commercial part of the contract review process related to the installation scope for projects in sales • Optimizing processes to ensure realization of potential, optimized productivity and increased profit • Contributing to budget and cost awareness within the department via monthly cost center controlling and reporting • Improving and regularly challenging cost basis for tender budgets • Reviewing of tender budgets for projects in sales What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a relevant financial education at minimum bachelor level. You have experience with contractual tasks in relation to project management. Moreover, you are open towards the technical aspects in the construction industry. It would be an advantage if you have experience in the financial execution of international projects. As a person, you are structured and detail oriented with a strong business approach. You enjoy networking with other parts of the organization and have an outgoing personality. You thrive in an environment where you are subject to constant change and learning. Additionally, you have IT flair with solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. You possess good English skills, both orally and in writing If you have acquired your skills in alternative ways, your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
