Then you may be our new CVP Quality coordinator for Device Manufacturing Development (DMD) in Hillerød. About the department Device Manufacturing Development is manufacturing development partner for all device related processes. More specifically this means, that DMD is responsible for manufacturing development in moulding, pre-assembly, assembly and packaging processes for Novo Nordisk´s portfolio in durable and prefilled devices. Our key deliverables are to bring ideas for new and improved devices to life and into mass production (New Product Introduction), maintain and optimise the product and manufacturing processes to ensure continued delivery and compliance and improving quality and cost (Product Maintenance) and support global production of devices across PS (Production Support). DMD interacts with Novo Nordisk global production sites as well as Research and Development; thus playing a key role in the NN supply chain. We are around 270 employees based in Hillerød, Denmark. The Job As our CVP Quality coordinator, you will be the overall Quality Ambassador of DMD. You will be responsible for ensuring that the general level of quality and compliance is continuously improved and that our quality systems and –processes live up to the requirements of relevant authorities and Novo Nordisk standards. You will therefore also play the most central part when inspections and audits are conducted in the area and in the departments. A significant task for the CVP Quality coordinator will be to follow-up and continuously improve the quality and compliance of all areas in DMD. You will therefore also be expected to develop and implement best practices as well as teaching and guiding your colleagues about rules, regulations, systems and processes. A key deliverable is to drive compliance of design control within the area of Product Maintenance. The position as CVP Quality coordinator is a newly established position. You will be reporting to Business Support Manager Anders Gooseman Hove and thus be part of a highly engaged team delivering high quality support to operational and strategic processes in DMD. You will be responsible for acting as the liaison between the line-of-business of DMD and the quality department, and therefore to be able to understand and convey messages and perceptions from both areas and proactively identify solutions that meets the requirements. Qualifications You hold a relevant academic degree (e.g. Pharmacy, Engineering or Chemistry) and have extensive experience from working within the pharmaceutical industry with GxP, quality and compliance requirements. You keep yourself updated continuously on changes in authorities’ requirements, and have an excellent ability to translate these into relevant targets as well as engaging with stakeholders to implement these targets. You have great interpersonal, stakeholder and communication skills, and an ability to set a clear direction and inspire others to follow. You have a strong personal drive enabling you to persistently pursue your goals and achieve results in a challenging environment. Lastly, you are proficient both in spoken and written English.
