Are you 3Shape’s new Digital Marketing Manager? Would you like to develop and drive the on-line presence of a fast growing global company? Would you like to help promote world-leading 3D technologies for dental care? 3Shape creates 3D scanning and CAD/CAM software solutions. Award-winning technology that enables dental professionals to treat more people, more effectively and with improved care. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager that can ensure a consistently powerful online presence that effectively helps us grow our business worldwide. Our new Digital Marketing Manager will have responsibility for the development, management and promotion of 3Shapes’ online presence. You will additionally function as the new manager for our dedicated staff of 7 online developers and content managers. The ideal candidate is an experienced digital marketing professional with a profound strategic and analytic mindset. 3Shape is a fast-growing global company driven by innovation and new ideas, and our online strategies must be equally dynamic. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for project management of new online projects aimed at enhancing our customers’ experience and promoting our award-winning products in countries all over the globe. Breakdown of tasks: - Establish Digital marketing as a key value add for our customers through Implementation of an online user community in cooperation with marketing operations - Significantly increase the amount of visits and leads generated online - Continuous development of the online segment - Ensure integration of online activities with our business objectives - Project management of ongoing online projects and planning of new initiatives - Direct management of 7 colleagues in web team in Denmark and Kiev working with web development and content management. You are: Independent, responsible and a team-player You have a successful track record and flair for online disciplines and people management. You can be both flexible and highly structured according to the situation. Since you will work with many stakeholders, you must always be customer-oriented, service-minded and outgoing. You will work closely with the rest of the marketing team - globally as well as regionally. Furthermore, you will need to form strong cooperative relationships with 3Shape’s sales teams and business units. - A can-do attitude - Flexible and highly structured - Customer-oriented, service-minded and outgoing - Willingness to travel up to 30 days a year - specifically to the web team in Kiev You bring experience and skills to the job To apply, you must have minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role. You are a wiz with the application of digital marketing methods, analytic tools and CMS systems. Is this you? - 5 years of experience within web development, management and CMS systems - preferably Sitecore - Solid experience in SEO, SMO, Google adwords - Practiced user of analytics tools & conversions - Knowledgeable and proficient in the use of latest online strategies - A talent for project management and planning - Excellent English skills
