Location DK - Smørum Marketing is developing the customer web portals Are you an excellent project manager with experience from digital applications or perhaps customer portals? Responsibility for our customer portals In your new job you will become the product owner of one of our strategic initiatives; The development and implementation of our most important customer portals. We have already developed and rolled out an Oticon customer portal in six countries and it will be your responsibility to assure that many more follow in 2014/15. Your work will be wide-ranging and will cover projects from the initial idea through all the phases i.e. analysis, business case, development, and final implementation within the organization. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders on all levels and in a global context. As product owner you own the product backlog and you are responsible for defining the business needs, the prioritizing of these as well as the planning and execution in cooperation with the development team and the external vendors. Thus, you are capable of transforming business needs into user stories and convey the details to the IT development team as well as the marketing team. The department you will join is Support Solutions, which is a function within our corporate Sales and Marketing department. The department supports our hearing aid dispensers globally and assures that they have all the necessary tools to deliver the best services to the end user. You can expect up to 20 travel days annually. This means that you can look forward to a continuous dialogue with colleagues from all around the world. Skilled Project Owner with punch and drive In order to carry out the tasks this job involves, it is vital that you have several years’ experience in project management – experience with agile project management is considered as an advantage. In this connection, you have acquired experience with utilizing and integrating CRM information for business purposes. You probably have a Master’s Degree within business or communication. You have great drive and a proactive mindset, and in combination with your ability to see the big picture, you can achieve results that only a few others can. You will be joining a strong team, so it is important that you are a team player, and you are able to build good cross-professional relationships at all organizational levels.
