Nordea IT SAM is looking for an Enterprise Architect and specialist to contribute to our implantation of Enterprise Architecture Methods and tools. You have deep technical knowledge of EA, and experience in a large complex organization, combined with excellent interpersonal and communications skills. The position we offer As a Member of EA Platform and Integration within Group IT you will support the development of our EA capability in communication, content governance, quality management and architecture lifecycle management. You will also provide our customers, other Nordea units, with expert knowledge and guidance developing their Enterprise Architecture maturity roadmaps. You will work with different stakeholders, analysing their needs and improve our implementation of our common tool and communication platform. You will provide expert knowledge about how to implement their modelling and communication needs into modelling standards, front-end web publishing, workflows supporting content governance and quality assurance. We expect you to backup and advise our tool operations. You are an excellent team player and focus on excellence in all your activities. You are self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to cooperate with stakeholders at all levels. The qualifications you need You have deep technical knowledge of the EA application MEGA or similar, web publishing of repository data and modelling in all architecture disciplines. You are able to use this knowledge to give practical guidance to our customers. You have an excellent conceptual knowledge of the Enterprise Architecture domains (Business, Information, Application, and Technical Architecture). TOGAF or similar certification is highly desirable. It is also important that you: •Have a documented deep technical knowledge of an EA application platform, preferable MEGA. •Have a documented deep knowledge of techniques used to publish the content in the repository •Have a demonstrated ability to work well with others and push momentum. •Have experience from using workflows for different purposes i.e. content governance and quality improvement. •Have strong written and verbal communication skills •Are analytical and have the skill to understand the tool impact of customer requirements •Can translate business needs into tool requirements •Are able to develop reports, quires and basic customisations •Are able to define multiple solution options to problems •Can deal effectively with opposition to architectural ideals The position can be based in either of the Nordic capitals.
