As a Graduate in EMA Operations, you will be part of a team of passionate graduates with high ambitions and leadership aspirations. The Graduate Program will take you through different positions in our production facilities and our planning and maintenance functions. At the end of the program, candidates who have shown successful results and leadership competences throughout the program will be offered to take on roles such as leader of people, project manager or user manager. You must be flexible and ready to work out of one of our production sites in Bagsvaerd, Kalundborg or Copenhagen. Some travel activities or short time stays (2-4 weeks) at Novozymes' sites abroad may also be an option. In this position you need to have: Top of class Engineering background at Master’s level within the field of Technical Chemistry/biotechnology, Production Management, Planning & Logistics, Mechanical Engineering or similar. LEAN and Operational Excellence experience is a clear advantage. Leadership aspirations within project, user or people management. Excellent people and communication skills along with leadership capabilities to influence people at all levels in situations without formal power.
