Due to organizational changes in Service Wind Power we are looking for a new Head of Onshore Service Operations in Denmark. As part of this new set-up, you will join in a small management group, playing a significant role in the overall decision making process. I.e. this position will provide you extensive operational responsibility in relation to the strategy and future scope of the onshore service operations in Denmark. What are my responsibilities? The development of an operational strategy for the service operations onshore in Denmark, creating a set-up that ensures the most efficient handling of service and retrofit executions. Professionalizing the reporting-processes as well as establishing targets and deadlines for executions to ensure results are achieved on time. Employee development in the sense of ensuring motivation and compliance in relation to the implementation of new strategies, personal development opportunities etc. Ensuring the overall customer satisfaction for onshore service operations in Denmark. What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a background in engineering or a business degree on at least BA-level and 3-5 years of experience in management of technical personnel, preferably from a job in a similar context. Your past experience has provided you a solid technical understanding. As a person you excel in managing highly specialized people. You are self-driven, proactive and persistent in achieving your goals. You are an excellent communicator who excels in establishing relations with various stakeholders. It is of vital importance that you have excellent Danish and English skills – both orally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
