For our Engineering Change Management (ECM) team we are looking for a highly skilled and ambitious ECM Process Developer.The ECM team is part of the Quality Management function in Technology (Research & Development) and with a team of five highly skilled employees we are both running the daily operations and ensuring process development. The ECM process is covering the governance and the operations of handling changes to Bill of Material and documentation related to; products, tools, manuals, transport and lifting equipment used for the sourcing, manufacturing, installation and maintenance of our turbines. The ECM process interacts with many core business functions such as research & development, procurement, manufacturing, transportation, installation and service, both domestically and internationally. This creates a diverse environment, full of complex and sometimes hectic tasks for our team to solve. As a part of our design and documentation handling strategy we are implementing a new ‘next-level’ IT platform called TeamCenter. This requires development and operations of a new ECM process and to join this challenge we are looking for an ECM Process Developer. What are my responsibilities? · Taking a driving role in process and system development of the new ECM process in TeamCenter as well as in the current ECM process · Performing or supporting weekly administration of ECM, hosting board meetings, publishing documentation and updating information in affected IT systems in corporation with the rest of the ECM team · Training and supporting users of the ECM system both in process and system related topics · Solving a wide variety of ad hoc assignments and projects related to the ECM process, such as trouble shooting, KPI and data reporting, and cross-functional improvement initiatives What do I need to qualify for this job? · You hold a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree or equivalent and you preferably have several years of experience within engineering, manufacturing, procurement or similar combined with experience within process operations or process development · You have a good knowledge of product and production documentation and master data, giving you a solid understanding for the business process of handling changes to drawings, specifications, Bill of Materials, production documentation etc. · Development tasks will be main focus but you also thrive with a combination with repetitive operational tasks when needed · Solid experience with IT systems such as MRP systems, SAP, Sharepoint, InfoPath, TeamCenter or similar is preferred · As a person you are reliable and profound, which is shown in the high quality of your work. Your profile also shows a proactive and action oriented mindset that gets things done · You are functioning and developing well in a dynamic environment within a large organization · You are a skilled user of standard IT tools and you are a good communicator with excellent English skills both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
