Then you can be the right candidate for our vacant position in Clinical Supplies Business and IT Support (CSBITS). As our new IT project manager in CSBITS you will be responsible for driving and implementing our IT vision for development of IT in CMC Clinical Supplies (CS). About the department CMC CS is responsible for filling, planning, packing and delivering supplies for the clinical trials in Novo Nordisk. CSBITS is a department of highly skilled people who work across CS. We carry out strategic projects and analyses that aim at increasing the efficiency of the clinical supply chain. We work analytically and data based and support CS Management with high quality decision support and solutions. We are responsible for a number of IT systems that e.g. simulates clinical trial demand and shipments and handles inventory management, clinical trial planning and randomization of subjects. The job With a growing R&D pipeline the workload in CS has increased and our IT has not developed accordingly. Currently, one of our main challenges is therefore to professionalise and optimise our processes by improving IT. This includes integrating stand-alone Excel-based solutions into a system based environment with a controlled data structure. We have developed a vision and a project roadmap for how to support the planning processes in CS by IT, and you will be responsible for executing some of the projects that will realise this vision. This covers e. g. IT projects that support demand/supply operations, such as pack and material planning, and master data handling. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the pipeline of ongoing and future IT projects is aligned. You will therefore interact with people across CS, CMC Supply and other parts of Novo Nordisk as well as external suppliers to scope and execute the projects. Qualifications You hold a master degree in IT, economics or engineering and have several years of IT project management experience. You have a solid analytical foundation that you apply in your work. You have a strong business understanding and know how to support business by IT. You have successfully worked with development of IT systems and tools supporting supply chain planning. You possess persistence and strong communication skills that ensure the anchoring of your results in the organisation. You excel in planning and involving relevant stakeholders in due time, and you are a natural and clear communicator. It is an advantage if you have pharma background and experience with GxP.
