In Biopharm Manufacturing Development we are responsible for support to our productions, transfer of new products from R&D and continuous optimizations of our many processes. Are you interested in working with packaging processes, root cause analysis and project management? Do you want to be a very important player in helping the Biopharm packaging area in developing and reaching key targets. Do you like to work with quality issues with full attention from the organisation? About the department Our department is providing support to all tableting and packaging areas within Biopharm. The support covers work in production areas on four different locations. We are seeking a new colleague to take up a position as Packaging Specialist, working to support and strengthen the area. We are working in a very strong and positive culture whit high ambitions and a strong team culture. In Biopharm we take personal responsibility for quality, tasks and each other. You will work in a smaller group and with a strong network in Novo Nordisk. The job With the full management attention you should take the lead of our most critical cases in our packaging area. We expect these tasks to be closed in a very effective and timely manner, you have the capability of working under high pressure in a structured way with many stakeholders within Novo Nordisk. As Responsible for Packaging in Biopharm, you will take the lead of ensuring knowledge sharing across packaging processes in Biopharm and further to the rest of Novo Nordisk. Further securing handling and implementation of new requirement for packaging area. Qualifications You have a Master Degree in engineering or similar, supplemented with either minimum 3 years as Manager or specialist; You have relevant experience and a natural curiosity in working with technical solutions within packaging processes and related components like packaging materials; You are knowledgeable and experienced from both the pharmaceutical/GMP and the LEAN area. You are capable of working independently, taking on responsibility and show initiative. You can handle several tasks in parallel without compromising the quality of your work.
