For our newly established team in Brande, Denmark, called Portfolio, Infrastructure and Tools, we are looking for a competent and passionate Portfolio Master Data Engineer. The team is part of the Onshore Product Lifecycle Management organization and you will team up with a group of selected specialists that governs the complete sales portfolio for Siemens Wind Power. Your mainly task will be to make sure that the sales portfolio is updated at all times in terms of portfolio, status and allowed combinations. Many other departments in Siemens Wind Power rely on this information to know exactly what to develop, sell and produce to meet market requirements. This position requires a wide insight into master data, from the development of a product to sales, production, distribution, service and phasing out. What are my responsibilities? Create and maintain Global Product Master Data Maintenance of the sales portfolio and update of the system that contains this data Daily maintenance of the product configuration rule base defining the allowed combinations Coordination with our product managers for product status information Ad hoc coordination with Sales to set-up new sales options when needed What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a technical background, e.g. as a Technical Assistant, Mechanical Engineer or Machine Technician You have 3+ years of experience with efficient master data handling Experience with portfolio tools e.g. SAP, Teamcenter or equivalent is required You are very structured in your data management approach and persistent when it comes to acquiring the needed information from your stakeholders As a person you are service minded and have a holistic approach to your tasks. You are proactive and a dedicated team player You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
