Then here is your opportunity to engage with customers and colleagues on both our market leading electro hydraulic solutions used for GPS automatic and joystick steering, and our reliable motor program that offers superior torque and power. As you collaborate across Danfoss Power Solutions, you get to plan and execute product launches as well as collect customer data allowing us to continuously create sought-after products. Create product-specific marketing As our new Product Marketing Manager, you become part of our Product Marketing Team. Here, your primary responsibility is to lead the creation of technical marketing material and plans, for which you create successful product launches. Doing so, you develop marketing plans, campaigns, and activities in collaboration with your colleagues in Market Communications and Sales. Collaborate with colleagues and customers alike As you develop technical marketing material, you identify the needs and wants of new and potential customers. You engage in an ongoing partnership with our R&D Department, who uses your input in their efforts to update and develop our product portfolio. In order to achieve successful results, you: •Build business cases and create market specifications on new product ideas •Develop market and launch plans and lead the promotion material for specific products •Create value propositions for the products and services offered •Lead launch activities towards the sales organization applying web and social media to boost awareness •Support sales and participate in customer visits. The desire to combine your technical and marketing expertise •You have at least 5 years of marketing experience, maybe even from a technical environment •You have knowledge of electrohydraulic/mechatronics components and systems/applications Most importantly, you have the drive to combine your technical knowledge with creating appealing and engaging marketing products. You love the technical aspect of the job and gets excited when you learn that our products are able to remote control agriculture tractors and other machines with 2 cm accuracy. Furthermore, you build and maintain networks with customers and colleagues from several cultures, as you will be part of a global environment.
