Work with highly skilled colleagues You will be part of our Project Management in the Corporate IT. Based in Billund, Denmark, Enfield, and USA, we are more than 20 Project Managers who drive IT projects within different areas - from Marketing over Supply Chain to Finance and IT Technology. You will be based in Billund, but your projects will take you travelling 20-40 days a year to international locations. Encounter all the classic project management disciplines Your responsibility will be to secure successful management of business projects including IT solutions. You take the overall responsibility for the delivery process and lead all project stages from project planning, organising and resource allocation over managing the team to ensuring timely deliveries within the agreed budget and quality. You ensure that the solutions are compliant with the IT strategy and business requirements, and you define test- and roll-out strategies. A large part of the IT deliveries are handled by external partners. Thus, the project team often consists of internal as well external team members, whom you lead throughout the project. Finally, the LEGO Group is characterised by a strong collaborative environment. You contribute actively to this by engaging, involving and keeping a high level of communication with all project members, steering committee and stakeholders. Enthusiastic Project Manager You hold a Master's degree within Communication or IT related fields. You have minimum 3-5 years' experience and a strong project management toolbox. Project Management certification is a plus. Experience with SAP projects is an advantage. You speak and write English at a high level. As a person you have the ability to engage with stakeholders and keep an open dialogue about solutions. Further, you can facilitate a proactive solution design without actually getting involved in the technical development. With your curiosity and eagerness to learn, you can quickly gain knowledge of the LEGO Group and organisation, just as you are enthusiastic about driving projects through strong team leadership. You can build lasting relations with all business units, and you manage to lead projects according to the needs and culture of the unit.
