Vestas Manufacturing and Global Sourcing, Assembly, Production Quality/Tech support/V112 PE Production Engineer The Nacelle Assembly factory in Ringkøbing is a part of Manufacturing and Global Sourcing in Vestas. We produce the nacelles, hubs and drivetrains for the 3MW platform. As the primary factory, we are also responsible for Technology transfer to other factories. Responsibilities: We are seeking a Production Engineer for our Technical Support department at the Nacelle Assembly Factory in Ringkøbing. At the factory we produce the V112 3MW nacelles, hub and drivetrain. You will be part of a team of engineers and specialists providing technical support to the assembly line. We are constantly on the outlook for process improvements and you will be a key player in the implementation of these while ensuring that our production runs in a lean and efficient way. Your daily tasks will include: Providing technical support to the Assembly line. Problem-solving. Creating ECR (Engineering Change Request). ECO (Engineering Change Order) implementation. Manufacturing-order update. Technical project management. Rework management. Customer audits and follow-up. Technology Transfer to other factories. Maintaining production documentation including: BOM (Bill of Materials) Work Elements Routing of items PWI (Production Work Instruction) PII (Production Inspection Instruction) PFMEA (Process-Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you will possess: Qualifications as a Production Engineer/technician or equivalent. A minimum 2 years of experience in the production industry Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Danish will be highly regarded. Competencies: To be successful in this role, you will: have the ability to read and understand drawings. have Project Management skills. be ideally experienced with PDM-link, Creo Illustrator, ECM and DMS. have good analytical skills and are focused on results. be a team player that can handle and coordinate tasks across different departments and levels in the Vestas organisation. be self-driven with structured approach, but flexible and open to changes at short notice. Your ability to handle high pressure situations, be decisive in your decision making and strong willed will help ensure you succeed in this role What we offer: We offer a challenging job in a busy factory environment.
