CFO/Global Finance/Financial Planning & Business Performance/Working Capital & Supply Chain Performance You will join the department Working Capital & Supply Chain Performance, which is part of Vestas’ Global Finance organisation. The department is responsible for working capital management, cash flow forecating, supply chain performance and global KPIs ensuring regional accountability. Our objective is to impact shareholder value by driving WCM improvement initiatives and by securing accurate and predictable working capital and cash flow. Responsibilities: Ensure objective and transparent decision-making by delivering excellent performance reporting and analyses Transform performance management knowledge into tangible P&L and balance sheet impact (forecasting), enabling accurate guidance for financial and strategic decision-making Project and program lead for Working Capital Management Project and strategic initiative responsible for Operating Working Capital of approximately EUR 1.4bn. Lead on total Vestas Working Capital risk assessment for top management and external guidance Finance and project lead of forecast to fulfill initiatives KPI and PI development/maintenance for Working Capital Management Drive ad-hoc cross-functional projects within Global Finance Qualifications: Skills required: Master degree within business administration or equivalent Minimum 4 years of experience within corporate working capital management improvement programs and initiatives Project and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to navigate in the environment of management, project and functional stakeholders with separate agendas Ability to communicate complex financial information at executive level Competencies: Excellent analytic skills, system and business understanding Good communication and coorperation skills with all business stakeholder What we offer: We offer an exciting job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring environment at the world’s leading wind turbine producer.
