The position we offer As Project Coordinator you will lead the coordination of the Project Management Office (PMO), in the Planning & Execution team, which is part of the Core Banking Platform Programme. The Core Banking Platform Programme is responsible for driving the 4 strategic capabilities in Nordea: •Agility •Scalability •Resilience •Competence The primary objective Of Core Banking Platform is to deliver simplified Nordic products and processes using the Temenos T24 Model Bank approach. Country specific systems will be replaced by a single Nordic Core Banking Platform. The programme will have created building blocks or a foundation for an agile and digitised Nordea that is easy to deal with, relevant and competent, anywhere and anytime, where the personal and digital relationship makes Nordea its customer's safe and trusted partner. The role will have a very tight collaboration with the Head of Planning & Execution, and the other members of Planning & Execution. The collaboration is based on open and frequent dialogue, with fast feedback and fast learning. This is administrative work performing non-routine analysis and administrative tasks related to the coordination and oversight of the programme to ensure timely and effective project development and completion. The job involves a number of project related tasks of high importance to the department, hereunder being on top of reporting, risk, people management, plan & timeline and cost & budget. In order to succeed in the role you should also be prepared to take control of administrative work like location management, conducting summaries from meetings and updating our people plan and other relevant project documents. You will arrange and make sure that on-boarding of new people into the core banking programme runs in a smooth an efficient manner, both in terms of practical issues like getting laptops etc. in place, but also when it comes to introducing the programme to new colleagues. Other important tasks: •Maintaining and continuously help updating our people plan, with focus on forecasting, on-boarding and off-boarding •Following up on time reporting in Planmill© and Clarity© Software Programmes •Creating cooperation systems with other departments in order to speed up administrative issues (e.g. cooperation with IT service or back office) •Maintenance of project documentation, plans and reports both for internal use and for coordination with external stakeholders •Helping coordinate internal communication inside the programme •Following up on the usage of task log in Jira© for Planning & Execution, as well as maintaining the action log •Making presentations on agreed templates for reporting meetings. The qualifications you need We are looking for a candidate with experience and a proven track record of project coordination or project management in a preferably agile, dynamic, cross-country and innovative environment. We expect your educational background to include a Master’s degree, but your experience and achievements will also be of great importance to us.
