For our blade production plant in Engesvang we are looking for a Quality Manager to take part in the management team and be responsible for quality planning and and secure all future quality activities. What are my responsibilities? · To be responsible for quality planning and to ensure that quality requirements are met · To act as Head of Quality and secure all future quality activities · To be a part of the Management team · To handle internal og external costumer visiting Engesvang, including audits What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have experience in quality management · You are an experienced manager and you have the ability to lead and motivate your team successfully. · Knowledge to composite manufacturing to be preferred · You must be strong in ISO:9001 · You are result-oriented and structured with strong analytical skills · You are outgoing and emphatic with excellent people and communication skills · You master English both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
