We are looking for a new colleague with broad and documented experience within finance and controlling to strengthen our Products & Technology Division with core analytic competences and experience from a company working in a global context. You will be part of the P&T Management team and you will report to the Senior Vice President. The position will be based in Esbjerg. The Products & Technology division offers a wide range of services to the energy industry. It designs and builds telecommunication systems using the latest telecommunication technologies in the market. The integrated communication systems transfer data links from oil & gas platforms and wind farm substations to onshore facilities, keeping people connected offshore. Products & Technology also provides and supports rapid-response firefighting systems developed to comply with the highest demands for reliability, operational safety and life-long technical support. Products & Technology has its own high-quality 24/7 service call centre. Responsibilities and tasks: You will have a key role in preparing and communicating fact-based and precise analyses to the overall division. You will on an overall basis report and analyze monthly results, identify trends and compare with historical performance/budget and suggest, communicate and implement corrective actions. In addition, you: •Overall responsible for controlling in the division globally •Deliver high-quality reports to the division management group and to the Semco Maritime Group in line with the overall requirements •Responsible for budget/rolling forecast and monthly follow up both on business and project level •Align and improve administrative processes and use of common systems/tools across all business offices •Proactively address and eliminate ‘waste’ in all administrative routines and processes and improve administrative productivity and control •Identify and eliminate risk on business level, tenders and on-going projects •Cost/benefit analyses on existing and new business and investments •Implement and drive focus areas within finance and controlling •Comply with and commit to the policies of the Semco Maritime Group Professional qualifications: You have solid experience in the field of accounting or business controlling, preferably from a project-oriented company, but it could also be from accountancy firm or similar. You have a Bachelor or Master of Economy, Finance, Controlling or Accounting. Furthermore, you have: •Master/bachelor education with in accounting/controlling •Experience within controlling and risk management from an international project business •Extensive ERP knowledge of all functions, services and processes and of how they cooperate and interact •Well-developed English and Danish communication skills •An expert level in MS Excel. Knowledge of IFS and/or MS Business Intelligence is an advantage •Good analytical skills Your personal profile: You are a driving force in change programs with focus on profitability and efficiency on division level and across divisions.
