Danfoss is looking for a Senior Director, Technology, who has a proven track record in setting strategies and technological directions for products and solutions within the field of Connectivity and Digitalization, for heading up these activities within the Danfoss Heating Segment. What Danfoss offers you Heading a technology team, you will bring in your expertise to lead and coordinate the overall agenda for Connectivity and Digitalization in Danfoss Heating Segment, and build relevant technical as well as strategic capabilities in this area. In close collaboration with other technology experts, you will establish the framework for the cutting-edge solutions of tomorrow. You will work within a growing, tactical team and will add value to the leadership team. About Danfoss Heating Danfoss Heating is a leading supplier of advanced heating components and systems delivering comfort and energy efficiency in residential and commercial buildings as well as enhanced energy performance in District Energy Networks. You will be responsible for •Develop strategies and set direction for Connectivity & Digitalization. Develop technology roadmaps aligned with updated internal/external development and trends •Work with Business Unit (BU) portfolio managements in developing the BU-owned product roadmaps and concept specs •Drive the core Connectivity & Digitalization technology development in a DHS framework, including relevant DHS software platforms •Create and maintain relevant external contacts, as well as attracting funding for supporting research and technological development within the area We look for an individual who has •Relevant knowledge/education on at least M.Sc. level •Bring in 5-10 years of experience with relevant technology and development activities •Leadership experience and ability to create high level of motivation in a team of top-level experts •Strong communication and team working skills. •Demonstrated ability to communicate and work with all levels within an organization, and to facilitate strong cooperation both internally (BU’s, corporate functions) and externally (universities, technology providers). •Highly organized with strong project management skills, and drive to meet organizational and departmental objectives Please apply at your earliest convenience.
