We are looking for two Senior IT Analysis Coordinators within Investment Credits business domain Nordea Finance & Cards. The position we offer We are looking for two dynamic multi-talents to join our newly formed Maintenance organisation supporting Nordea Finance Investment Credits next-generation software platform. The platform is provided by CHP Consulting, and goes by the name ALFA. At the moment, it is implemented in Finland and is soon to be rolled out throughout the whole Nordic region. Alongside ALFA Maintenance we still have an ALFA Project going on, that naturally will be affecting the work in the Maintenance organisation. You will be each other’s main sparring partners, contributing with your different experiences and talents, reporting directly to the ALFA Maintenance team lead. As you are joining in the very beginning, you should find it interesting and intriguing to break new land, set up and re-evaluate work processes and have good communicative skills with multiple stakeholders. For both positions experience with J2EE, Oracle SQL, the Agile framework, collaborating with colleagues located in an external development centre (EDC) would be beneficial. You will be supporting each other in building the organisation and keeping maintenance running on a professional level, with the help of the EDC organisation. Written and oral English on a professional level is a requirement. Some traveling in the Nordic region should be expected. In the position as Business Analyst & coordinator towards Alfa Vendor you will mainly be working with the two EDC groups handling Module development/Support and test. This means that you in your daily work will have to: •Get to know ALFA system as an expert user would do •Be involved in scope analysis and business support when new initiatives are discussed •Plan and execute training sessions in collaboration with CHP •Manage Jira Service Desk for ALFA •In collaboration with EDC, *build up test procedures, *handle 3rd line support, *handle Incidents, *straightforward configuration changes of the system. So basically, know the system well enough to know where it is, and how to deal with it in daily production in collaboration with the EDC organisation. In the position as I&O Process Implementer & Coordinator towards Alfa project you will mainly be working with the two EDC groups handling Integrations and Environments. This means that you in your daily work will have to: •Know what is going on in the ALFA Project •Support the change process using Remedy •Handle and communicate Release plan •Implement and manage Change Jira for ALFA •Support the ALFA Project with assessment requiring basic architect skills •Fill the role as Agile Scrum Master for EDC team •In collaboration with EDC, *Release changes to production, *Manage Interfaces/Integrations in ALFA. So basically, know where we are now technically and where the software is about to evolve. We work in a free seating environment, with flexible work conditions. Your home base would be any of the Nordic Capitals. You will join an area in Nordea with a flat organizational structure from operative level to Head of Nordea only 4 steps.
