The global market for pharmaceuticals is in rapid development, and NNE Pharmaplan’s project portfolio is following. In the specific fields of counterfeit protection and packaging concepts for small-batch production, our project pipeline is expanding heavily and we are thus looking to strengthen our team. We are specifically looking for engineers with experience in packaging of finished products in the pharmaceutical industry, who preferably have experience with methods and technology relating to counterfeit protection by means of serialisation. We provide highly specialised consulting and engineering services by combining our experience of production processes, highly automated equipment and regulatory aspects (GMP). Examples of our services are: •Production establishment, from small pilot setups to large-scale manufacturing •Equipment specification & Process analysis •Process validation and equipment testing •Equipment upgrades & optimisation •Design of flexible production setups •Secondary Packaging development with focus on manufacturability •Risk assessment of products and processes •Technical Project Management The job You will become a member of our Finished Products & Medical Device department and your focus will be on packaging projects, primarily for finished products in the pharmaceutical industry. Our projects typically involve topics such as production equipment principles, requirement specifications, vendor selection and supervision, qualification/validation, risk assessment and technical project management. You will either work independently or as part of a project team, depending on the stage and complexity of the project. Most of your projects will be carried out in close cooperation with representatives from our customer, and often you will work in multidisciplinary teams with colleagues from other departments such as Automation, Quality, Building Construction etc. Since all our work is project-based, new tasks will give you opportunities to develop your personal competences. You will be working in an active and exciting environment at our NNE Pharmaplan offices in the Greater Copenhagen area. Your home department employs more than 50 highly skilled and enthusiastic engineers and pharmacists, providing a tremendous pool of knowledge at arms-length. Most of our projects include occasional visits at international clients and suppliers, so a bit of work-related travel is expected. Your qualifications We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: •You have minimum 5 years of experience in packaging in the pharmaceutical industry •You have experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) •You have significant experience in specification of packaging equipment and processes •You have experience in Risk Assessments (FMEA, FMECA, etc) •You have experience with technologies for product serialisation •Experience in Design for Manufacturing is an advantage •You possess the communication skills and attitude required to work on a consultancy basis •You hold a relevant bachelor or master degree in engineering •You speak and write English fluently •Fluency in a Scandinavian Language is an advantage Contact For further information please contact Director Lone Drenck, +45 30796216, or Manager Christian Olesen, +45 30753688.
