- IT - Denmark - Bagsværd Would you like to play a key role in a large IT initiative focused on creating a shared global IT Infrastructure for the production in Novo Nordisk (PSnet). We are looking for a senior IT project manager with a proven track record within IT infrastructure projects and a strong personal drive. About the department The job is located in Novo Nordisk Product Supply IT that consists of approximately 70 highly experienced and dedicated employees. For the right candidate this is a chance to join the recently established ‘Infrastructure Projects’ department. The team was assembled during 2014 specifically for executing large global IT infrastructure projects across Novo Nordisk Product Supply. Your point of departure will be Bagsværd, Denmark, but some travel may be expected. You will have ample opportunity for professional sparring and best practice exchanges in your daily work as well as through a global Project Management network. The job As Senior IT Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, your project assignments will be among the most strategically important IT projects in the company and will therefore have top-level priority and support from Novo Nordisk’s senior management. Your projects will have a high degree of complexity and will include stakeholder management at all organisational levels in Novo Nordisk. Consequently, this job offers you the opportunity to follow your projects through all phases, from the earliest idea development until the business benefits have been realised. Qualifications Your track record displays vast and successful experience with IT project management within IT Infrastructure. You have good knowledge of GxP and have solid experience implementing cross-organisational solutions and projects. Experience within network projects or production IT is a significant benefit. You have relevant certifications like PMP. Your academic profile is an MSc in Engineering, IT, Economics & Business Administration or similar. Your career has supplied you with a sound business understanding - and as such you are able to conduct decisions based on business requirements and in line with the business strategy. As you will operate in multi-stakeholder environment, you need strong interpersonal skills and proven change management capabilities. As a person you are reliable, structured, proactive and team oriented. Presenting your ideas to managers convincingly is no problem for you, and neither is your ability to build a wide and strong network within a major international organisation. Finally, you have proficiency in written and spoken English. If you have what it takes: drive, excellent leadership skills, a proven record for executing complex projects and a sharp mind, you may be the person we are looking for.
