Senior Manager for a new department focusing on Big Data & Integration Platforms

Would you like to build a department and truly set the direction for Big Data and integration in the LEGO Group? Join us now to help set the direction, find the right drivers and lead the area by onboarding the right systems and people. 50 % building the department, 50 % building platforms You will lead the newly established Corporate IT Tech Integration Department of currently 4, potentially 6 new and existing employees. You will also be responsible for the LEGO Group's Big Data platform and integration bus. Both the platforms and the actual department is being built, so you will have the opportunity to truly influence and help us find our direction - and the sooner you get on board, the more you can exert your influence. In doing so, you will: Deliver the integration platform, API, Big Data and ensure implementation of the integration domains through the roll-out of new platforms in corporation with other business areas Ensure a smooth transition from the current legacy integration system and ensure the right mix of internal and external resources in implementing and ongoing operation of the services Build the Integration and Big Data organisation, department and competences for Corporate IT Tech & Security Build standards and governance within Big Data and Integration and drive both to ensure very high reliability of the integration and Big Data platforms Control operational risks and deliver rock solid operations of the LEGO Group's integration Platforms and Big Data solutions both in throughput and availability Systematic creativity You will be part of a family-owned business that offers a supportive, collaborative network and team structure. Collaborating manager As you actively need to influence decisions and stakeholders throughout IT and the majority of our business units, you get to exercise your solid collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills.
