Job ID:147822 Location: Brande Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power Mode of employment: Full time For our Diagnostic Center department, based at our global Service office in Brande we are looking for a Strategic Concept Developer who will take the lead in further developing our services related to remote diagnostics. The remote diagnostics area is of strategic importance because of a high impact on our business. What are my responsibilities? As Strategic Concept Developer you will develop new technical concepts, procedures and services within the Remote Diagnostic area. More specifically, your job will be to: · Uncover, analyze and design new concepts, procedures and services within the remote diagnostic area. · Scope new concepts with regards to the creation of blue prints, estimation of resource needs, establishment of an overview of available applications in the market and/or initiating the creation of customized IT applications for the area etc. · Implement and drive the roll-out of these diagnostic concepts · Set objectives and deliver agreed results in accordance with the job area, the strategy and individual targets Ensuring the Zero Harm policy and upholding Compliance guidelines is a prerequisite in this position. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You are a true entrepreneur with an innovative mindset and the ability to think out of the box. You are highly experienced in the conceptualization of new ideas, i.e. transforming them into new services, procedures, patents etc. Past experience from the wind industry will be deemed an advantage but is not a must · You are very process oriented and familiar with breaking down existing processes into smaller pieces and putting them back together in a new order. As such you are very analytical and holistic while still keeping focus on the vital details · You are familiar with IT applications in general and preferably control & intelligence systems in particular · You like to take the lead in projects and interact well with all kinds of people, on all organizational levels and from different cultures. · You are fluent in English – orally as well as in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
