Strategy Manager, Food & Beverages, Global Marketing, Bagsvaerd Are you interested in a role that provides you with an excellent opportunity to both grow and demonstrate your strategic skills as well as your business judgment? We are looking for an independent and ambitious new (Senior) Strategy manager to join Global Marketing, Food & Beverages. If you are interested in having a direct influence on one of Novozymes’ largest industry areas, and if you are looking to develop and demonstrate a varied set of commercial skills as well as build relationships across our functions, this may be the right role for you. You will take a lead on many of our strategy related activities in Food & Beverages. This includes our strategy development and related activities, strategic positioning, and our communication and execution follow-through regarding our strategy. Additionally, you will provide managerial support to Food & Beverages Management Team, allowing you to take a central role in hot topics for our industry. We are looking for a person with strong execution capabilities who sees this role as a stepping stone into Food & Beverages Global Marketing. We will thus invest in building your insights and capabilities concerning key Global Marketing activities and capabilities, and enable you to build a strong network in our function. This is not a travel intensive role, however, some regional and global travel should be expected. In this position you need to have: A master degree and professional experience from relevant commercial roles, e.g., marketing, management consulting, business development and/or finance Good strategy capabilities Analytical skills and a structured approach Solid project manager and team player skills with an ability to get things done Excellent communication skills, including ability to engage with commercial and technical people alike Are you the next Zymer in our team?
