Lokation DK - Smørum .Student assistant with a flair for administration Are you a skilled administrator who enjoys communicating with others in an international setting? Are you on the lookout for a job while you study, where you can use your skills and try your hand at a range of tasks involving our international stakeholders? We have the perfect student job for you! You will be part of Oticon Medical’s MARCOM Team, working at a high-technology and expanding international business that focuses on results. You will work at our Danish HQ in Smørum. Exciting environment with maximum flexibility Your work will vary to a certain extent depending on the Marcom Team’s specific projects, but you will primarily be working on administrative and communicative tasks. You will be able to try your hand at a wide range of exciting tasks, including: Setting up new jobs, deadlines etc. in Workbook Handling re-invoicing Preparing information for upload by our online team Communication & follow-up with our stakeholders abroad Processing orders You will be employed with flexible terms to fit around your studies, but we will need your help for approx. 15-20 hours per week, preferably two fixed days full time +/-. Highly structured and able to coordinate In order to be able to succeed in this job, we expect that you are enrolled in a higher education program, preferably in your second year. What subject you are studying is of no importance to us, but we do expect you to be interested in working in an international company with both online communications and marketing. Full professional proficiency in English is also required. Personal qualifications will include professional enthusiasm and a burning desire to learn something new. You are an extrovert communicator, able to quickly build a network internally and externally. You are a self-starter and keen to work unsupervised, but you are not shy about asking more experienced colleagues for their advice should you run into problems.
