For our Global Training department within our Service organization we are looking for a Student Worker. The department is responsible for the vocational training of technicians to enable them to deliver on site services of a high technical quality to our customers. Global Training is responsible for driving the development and implementation of strategic projects and initiatives to improve the training organization as a whole within the competence framework, the global process landscape and various tools. What are my responsibilities? · Developing and writing global procedures and instructions. · Delivering communication support to project managers (news tickers, project web sites etc.). · Coordinating meetings and global events. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You are enrolled at a university and studying Business Administration or a similar subject (please attach your Certificate of Matriculation). · You are interested in the vocational development of hourly paid employees. · You have a flexible mindset and are able to work in a multicultural environment. Furthermore, you are interested in working within a global context with global stakeholders. · You have good IT skills and are an advanced Microsoft Office Word user. · You are structured, analytical, take pride in clear communication and find the development of communication strategies and means interesting. · You have excellent English skills, both orally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
