Lyngby / Local / Engineering-Facilities / Ref.: MD-094084 The Maintenance & Material Management section in Maersk Drilling Technical Organization is looking for an experienced candidate with solid Well Control Equipment & Project Execution experience capable of driving strategic Asset Maintenance of 12 BOP Stacks, optimizing our maintenance system in coordination with our Well Control Equipment Technical Authority Team and coordinate projects within the designated asset type related to In-Between-Wells, Special Periodic Surveys and Major Overhauls keeping the assets uptime reliable and in compliance throughout the lifecycle. We Offer The Maintenance & Material Management section in the Technical Organization is responsible for the full maintenance system of the Fleet Assets, incl. all major maintenance projects involving our existing fleet and for the development of our project management skills, ensuring that our project managers and Technical Subject Matter Leads can deliver the leadership and support necessary to help run a first class fleet of drilling rigs around the world. In the role as Team Lead for Well Control Equipment you will be responsible for optimizing the maintenance system within the designated Asset Type in coordination with our Technical Authority Framework, responsible for all Well Control Equipment related project activities and when applicable, your own dedicated team. Project execution will be at changing locations around the world but primarily offshore Africa and GoM. Key Responsibilities Optimizing Asset Maintenance within Well Control Equipment, with budgets typically ranging from 2-20 m USD. Typical projects can be 5 yearly Special Periodic, but it can also be major rig modifications and upgrades or refurbishment of existing equipment and installations. As Team Lead you will: • Act as Team Lead within your designated field of expertise • Drive maintenance optimization as identified in the Planned Maintenance System to keep the Asset in compliance throughout the life cycle.
