For our Turbine Loads and Validation Team in R&D at our Technology Department in Ballerup, Denmark, we are looking for an experienced Wind Farm Control and Optimization Engineer. The department is responsible for development and validation of models used for load calculations and control design. What are my responsibilities? · Drive wind farm optimization control algorithms development · Develop and validate dynamic simulation models on wind farm level · Plan and execute test and validation campaigns for wind farm optimization technologies · Data analysis · Cooperate with relevant research institutes and universities to provide state of the art technology · Give input to the long term technology roadmap for wind farm optimization features What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a master degree in Electrical or Control Engineering or similar · You have minimum 5 years of relevant work experience within wind turbines · You have experience with data analysis · You are proactive and structured, you have a holistic mindset and strong analytic skills · You have a result-oriented approach to your work and are capable of keeping a sense of pragmatic perspective under critical situations · You thrive in a complex and international organization · You possesses excellent English communication skills, both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
