And do you want to play a key role in Novo Nordisk to deliver products to customers through a stable supply chain? About the department The position is located in Biopharm logistics, where we are app. 25 people responsible for planning all supply of existing and new Biopharm products from API through to final packaging for customers worldwide. The position is within the Bio BS Logistics Pack Planning team who among others is responsible for production planning of finished goods for all Biopharm products and monitoring of performance in the Supply chain to ensure that proactive mitigations are implemented timely to safeguard deliveries towards affiliates and external customer. The job As a Supply Chain Planner you will be responsible for the production planning of one of Biopharm’s products, communicating plans to various stakeholders in the Supply Chain and proactively following up on plan adherence. You will have close contact to customers worldwide and will be responsible for timely planning of replenishing stocks at affiliates. You should furthermore ensure high quality in the master data related to your products and on weekly basis perform KPI reporting for management. All in all you will be handling many different stakeholders within Novo Nordisk (i.e. customers worldwide, production sites, a central supply chain organisation, Sourcing Operations, Shipping etc.). For the right candidate this position is an opportunity to become part of a highly dynamic planning team and get a steep learning curve into the Biopharm production set-up and product portfolio. Qualifications You hold a Bachelor or M.Sc. within Engineering, Supply Chain Management or other relevant educational background a preferable several years’ experience in a similar job within a production industry with a highly complex product portfolio – preferable from the pharmaceutical industry or other industries with high quality standards. You have demonstrated that you can hold clear oversight of a complex supply chain, possess good analytical skills with flair for converting data into relevant analysis and decision proposals and can serve as a good sparring partner for management and primary stakeholders. You are experienced with SAP ECC/APO. The position requires that you quickly get a deep understanding of the full supply chain, production set-up, complexity, stakeholder groups etc. Furthermore you have to have a high degree of flexibility to deal with all the unforeseen challenges. Therefore it is important that you can easily manage high complexity, illustrate an analytical and structured approach to problem solving as well as find it naturally to develop strong working relations to stakeholders at all levels in the organisation.
