Vestas Global Finance, Operational Performance & Cost Control, Sourcing Performancel Operational performance & cost control (OP&CC), a department under Vestas Global Finance, is responsible for ensuring objective and transparent decision making by delivering excellent performance reporting and analysis to relevant stakeholder and senior/executive management. We drive performance culture by ensuring ambitious and realistic target setting and keeping stakeholders accountable for target gaps and ensuring root cause counter measures are implemented. To stay competitive it is imperative that Vestas is dedicated to financial performance, hence OP&CC ensures to transform performance management knowledge into tangible P&L and balance sheet impact, enabling accurate guidance for financial and strategic decision making. You will be working closely with senior management in Vestas, and ensuring the values of OP&CC is transformed into performance and results. Responsibilities: Drive cross-functional business performance improvement projects Advise and guide stakeholders with business intel, KPI and target setting Drive performance culture by challenging key stakeholders, and ensuring accurate data, forecasting and target setting Financial analysis, hereunder, variance reports, root cause counter measures, opportunity analysis, business cases and compliance. Controlling tasks, hereunder CAP cost, spend management and KPI metrics Qualifications: A relevant Master's degree most likely within Finance, Engineering or SCM Good analytical & communication skills and fluency in English is a requirement Knowledge and hands on experience in manufacturing processes, sourcing or costing Good understanding of value chain and business models Structured and fact based approach Knowledge and/or experience with SAP/SAP BI is a strong benefit Some years of working experience within one or more of these areas is preferable: Finance Manufacturing Sourcing Competencies: The ideal candidate has the following personality: Strong personality and cross functional leadership skills that secure the build-up of commitment and trustworthy relationships with stakeholders in a global environment.
