Are you 3Shape’s new CRM Manager? ???Would you like to create and drive our new CRM platform and help promote world-leading 3D technology for dental care? 3Shape creates 3D scanning and CAD/CAM software solutions. We are looking for an experienced CRM Managerthat can help 3Shape take its sales and marketing efforts to the next level. Our new CRM Manager will have the global responsibility for successfully implementing and maintaining our Microsoft CRM 2016 system in the Sales & Marketing organization. The ideal candidate is a dedicated result orientated professional, with a natural can-do approach. 3Shape is a global company and participates in international exhibitions and events where many sales leads are collected and then distributed to our distribution partners in more than 100 countries. One of your key tasks will be to ensure complete and smooth integration of 3Shape’s online lead generation processes with Microsoft CRM. This must be done in a manner that makes it easy for sales and marketing staff to register leads and customer information - and later access and utilize the data optimally. 3Shape is a fast-growing company driven by innovation and new ideas, and our CRM systems must be equally dynamic. The CRM manager will be responsible for project management of new CRM development projects devised to improve CRM strength and grow 3Shape’s business worldwide. Breakdown of tasks: - Deployment and adoption of the lead generation program worldwide by combining online channels and CRM - Definition, rollout and development of CRM-tools and activities for sales and marketing - Ensure stakeholder involvement and training - Ensure smooth integration of CRM with key distribution partners - Reporting on CRM status and results - Ongoing maintenance of the existing CRM system - Ensure sales and marketing organization is trained and capable to use the CRM system Your personality : Independent, responsible and a team-player You can work independently but also enjoy working with others. You can be both flexible and highly structured according to the situation. You have a successful track record and flair for project management and planning. Since you will work with many stakeholders, you must always be customer-oriented, service-minded and outgoing. You will work closely with the rest of the marketing team - globally as well as regionally. Furthermore, you will need to form strong cooperative relationships with 3Shape’s sales teams and business units as well as key external sales partners. You bring experience and skills to the job To apply, you must have minimum 5 years experience in a key CRM role. You are a number cruncher and comfortable working with data and creating reports which CRM stakeholders can translate into a strategy. Ideally you will have gained your experience in a B2B environment. Is this you? - 5 years of experience with CRM. Microsoft CRM is an advantage. - Flexible and highly structured, with a talent for project management and planning - The ability to combine a strong technical understanding with a clear view for user needs - Ability to grow with the job as the usage of the system is expected to expand and the team could expand over time - Excellent English skills We look forward to receivning your application.
