We are looking for a strong leader to define and execute our organisation’s people strategy as the head of our Global people development department. People development is high on the agenda at NNE Pharmaplan, and the position has a profound impact on our business and organisational development. Your job Our new director will be responsible for driving, improving and implementing our people development processes in close collaboration with management and local HR teams. Furthermore, you will contribute to organisational development activities, such as organisational design and leadership review. You will head up the Global people development department with seven direct references. The department is responsible for People attraction, Performance management, Learning & development, Leadership development and Talent management. The position is located at NNE Pharmaplan’s headquarters in Gentofte, but has global reach. You will report to the CoS/CVP and be a member of the People & Communications leadership team. In addition, you will act as chair for the Global competency board and be a member of the Global HR board, responsible for aligning HR best practices at our offices around the world. Your qualifications You have extensive experience with business driven HR and organisational development and are skilled in translating business strategy into people and development programmes. You are visionary and strategic, but also possess excellent execution skills. You are an experienced people manager with the ability to drive performance while motivating and developing your team. In addition, you are capable of managing complex stakeholder groups and communicating at all organisational levels, finding common ground to ensure global progress and impact. You have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, a solid theoretical background in people development, and an extensive understanding of business and strategy. You have a strong drive and deliver outstanding business results. You thrive in a dynamic and global work environment. Finally, you are fluent in both spoken and written English – and of course familiar with Microsoft Office.
