For our IT Department, Denmark, we are looking for an experienced IT Service Portfolio Manager. The Portfolio Management department is responsible for the Wind Power Architecture and Portfolio of Services in IT Applications and Infrastructure. We operate in a global environment and are responsible for the design and implementation of IT applications and solutions in the Siemens Wind Power Business globally. What are my responsibilities? Together with Service Owners of individual IT services, ensure that services adhere to the business requirements and related Service Level Agreements. Understand the IT services or solutions related business goals, objectives and needs of the business environment and translate these aspects into Service Level Agreements. Oversee IT service or solution related performance and delivery indicators (e.g. fulfillment of SLAs). Contribute and support planning, budgeting, design, as well as alignment of service management processes with e.g. the IT Service Manager and IT solutions landscapes with e.g. Enterprise and Solution Architects. Understand the configuration items, architecture of modules and applications within the service portfolio. Facilitate the IT service management processes. Own the ITIL processes of Service Catalogue, Service Portfolio and Service Level Management. Control, monitor and improve the CMDB for Wind Power IT Services. Have a continuous dialogue with business owners, users and key users of particular service and advices them in related issues, improvements and characteristics. Responsible for implementation of programs and procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety in the particular services. Coordinate the Maintenance activities and Release Management of the IT Services. Drive Continual Service Improvement process and projects for the service portfolio. May coordinate individual coaching and trainings for IT Service Owners and Business Owners. Keep abreast of developments in industry regarding the particular services, e.g. IT Service and Solution Management trends. What do I need to qualify for this job? I have knowledge of business processes and best practices in IT solutions I have done a range of professional studies and are familiar with ITIL and TOGAF I have experience in doing analysis and concepts pertaining to Service Management & Portfolio Management in an assigned area of work, an assigned team or organizational unit I have solid business process understanding I am proactive and self-determined, I possess strong decision making skills and I am used to work in a multicultural environment I am a dedicated team player with the ability to work and navigate in a dynamic and international environment with many interfaces I am an excellent and persuasive communicator and fluent in both spoken and written English I am experience within the Siemens organization of similar global companies In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
