Would you like to take up a central position in the interaction point between business and IT? Do you want to take part in enabling a global HR transformation and system consolidation on some of the leading products and partners in Grundfos? Then join our department HCM Solutions where we are responsible for all HR, Payroll and Time Management solutions worldwide. We are a global team with 4 colleagues in Denmark, 2 in Shanghai as well as 2 in Manila and we enjoy a collaborative environment with a very high degree of integration and interaction with our business colleagues. You refer to Manager Michael Vindum. “We are in the process of consolidating all HR, Payroll & Time Systems into a few strategic platforms where we are working with some of the best products and partners in the market. You will work in the intersection between business needs and system requirements making decisions regarding solutions and recommendations. You get to work on future solutions – right now, we are, among other things, evaluating SAP SuccessFactors,” Michael says. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? As Lead Consultant, you take on the role as Solution Architect. Your primary focus is on solution ownership and developing well documented Grundfos standard solutions in accordance with Grundfos governance structure and architectural principles and guidelines. You work according to a long term strategic plan in the form of a roadmap towards the future, while managing day to day needs and challenges, which you handle in the light of the roadmap. Thus, you have the overview of potential HR business needs. You further assess what to act on and when to act as new needs or additions to solutions arise. “Grundfos is currently going through a major global development and transformation phase where we are looking at new ways to work. You get to join this exciting journey, and your challenge will be to make sure that our systems support this transformation process,” Michael explains. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You have an academic degree as well as some years of experience with HR systems, SAP, Payroll systems paired with a good understanding of master data. As we are an international company, you speak and write English fluently. “Basically, we are looking someone who is driven and wants to be a key player in the journey to bring our HR platforms to the next level. You need to have the ability to drive the strategic roadmap and set the scene while working with many different stakeholders and needs in a collaborative spirit,” Michael finishes.
