Project Manager, Global Business Services Development, Bagsværd Novozymes is continuously looking to expand and improve the services delivered by the Global Business Services (GBS) organization. As a Project Manager in the GBS Development team, you will be a part of a new team aiming at developing and implementing new service opportunities as well as continuously improving the current services. You will have colleagues in Denmark as well as in India and our projects will give you the opportunity to work with the global NZ organization, building a broad knowledge of the business and developing a network across the organization. You will have an opportunity to influence the direction based on your previous experience and to develop your competencies further in the projects we will be working on. In this position you need to: Have specific experience with development, implementation and operation of shared services as well as with process optimization Have project management experience, be strong at structuring complex tasks and possess strong coordination skills Be good at networking, relationship management and relationship building supported by a strong customer orientation Have strong communication and presentation skills both written and oral Work independently as well as in a team and deliver results Are you the next Zymer in our team?
