Provstisekretær - vikariat Skanderborg Provsti, Aarhus Stift Stillingen er et tidsbegrænset vikariat med en forventet varighed på 6 måneder. Arbejdstiden er 30 timer pr. uge. Tiltrædelse 1. maj eller snarest herefter. Arbejdsopgaver: • Sekretær for provst og provstiudvalg - herunder dagsorden, deltagelse i møder som referent, korrespondance, sagsbehandling, elektronisk journalisering m.v. • Regnskabsfunktion for provstiudvalget (bogføring, budget og regnskab) • Forberedelse af provstiudvalgets behandling af menighedsrådenes budgetter og regnskaber • Servicering af menighedsråd og præster Vi søger en medarbejder, som: • Har talforståelse – og gerne økonomi og regnskabserfaring • Indgående kendskab til IT på alle niveauer - gerne med kendskab til den offentlige administration • Kan formulere sig selvstændigt i både skrift og tale • Er i stand til at arbejde selvstændigt, da du ofte er alene på kontoret • Har interesse for Folkekirkens opgave Skanderborg Provsti er et af Aarhus Stifts 14 provstier og består af 26 sogne samt 23 præster. Sekretæren ansættes af provstiudvalget. Det gennemsnitlige ugentlige timetal er på 30 fordelt på mandag til fredag. Der må påregnes møder uden for almindelig arbejdstid. Løn og ansættelse i henhold til gældende overenskomst mellem HK/stat og Finansministeriet med indplacering i basisløngruppe 3 sats 1. svarende til 293.964 kr. årligt. Hertil kan forhandles tillæg efter kvalifikationer.
