Joining our division, you will become an active participant in our Development & Reliability department, Danfoss in Nordborg where you will have a large influence on your own working situation in a flat hierarchy and a rewarding working environment. A unique opportunity to create the job of your dreams You will report to the R&D Director, and your overall responsibility will be to ensure fast prototyping coordination and effective prototype building, including inspection and testing. It is important that you take part in coordination, follow-up and communication with our suppliers, and your success will be measured on your ability to stay organised, support R&D engineers regarding practical construction of test setups and act as a link to the development department and laboratory. You will take responsibility for software testing and reverse engineering and analyse our techniques in debugging products and prototypes. Your key task will be: •Prototype assembly, e.g. soldering, glue/wire bonding and programming •Participation in project teams where you will test, develop and innovate our setups •Responsible for planning, ordering and managing the logistics of prototypes •Tests on software/firmware at product level according to specification •Reverse engineering to tear down subjects for studying and documentations of features, qualities and failures As this is a new position, where the right person will have the possibility to influence both the technical solutions and the job, it will be possible to achieve great professional development. Electronics technician combined with hands-on experience You have a background as an electronics technician or the like, backed up by work experience within measurement, repair and failure analysis or other production techniques.You have the ability to analyse and understand complex products, and moreover, you have an understanding of analogue and digital design. On a more personal note, you are a strong communicator, and you have a talent for cooperating with different stakeholders. In a dynamic and sometimes hectic environment with a high specialist knowledge, you keep calm and stay focused on the tasks. You are a structured and systematic team player who proactively gets things done. Proficiency in oral and written English is essential.
