Corporate Secretariat & Strategy/Global Sales Sales is globally responsible for all sales and construction activities in Vestas and is geographically represented throughout the world. You will be part of the Executive Support Team and responsible for supporting the CSO in his daily work. Responsibilities: The position reports to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretariat & Strategy. Your main responsibility is to support the CSO in his daily work, primarily on the strategic level, but also on operational day-to-day tasks. Besides working for the CSO, you will work together with a range of stakeholders in Sales as well as other business units. Main responsibilities are to: Run cross-departmental commercial projects within the sales organization Prepare presentations and analyses for the CSO Run CSO-related meetings and ensure follow-up on decisions and tasks Work together with the direct reports of the CSO in various projects, as well as securing the coordination of the projects Qualifications: Master level degree from business school or university with excellent academic results At least 3 - 5 years’ relevant international experience, preferably from a large corporation or from management consulting Superior quantitative and qualitative analytical skills Competencies: The ideal candidate: Is highly flexible and has the ability to easily adapt to new/changed situations Has superior intellectual abilities as well as practical sense of what works in complex organizations Has multitasking abilities in diverse environments Has energy, determination and judgment, particularly when working with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines Must have strong communication skills in English, both orally and written.
