Senior Manager for Novelty Master Data Coordination

Are you an experienced leader with an understanding of the full LEGO® Value chain? Would you like to use that understanding to be the starting point for novelty projects and concepts within the LEGO® Group and manage a team of 35 employees where 7 are direct references? Over-all Master Data responsible and a key driver in the LEGO Novelty Projects organisation You will serve as a visible and value adding business partner that connects the dots between demands in novelty projects, demands in supply chain, legislation requirements and SAP IT governance. You will be out and about in the projects organisation and: Lead, motivate and develop 35 managers and specialists, where 3 team managers and 4 senior specialists refer directly to you Deliver and maintain Master Data for novelty projects, hereunder BOM, ECO process and element budget support for Asian procurement Maintain Master Data across departments and functional areas, including larger changes and yearly timing on all deliverables within your area Be responsible for Order Management function, including procuring elements and models for demands within novelty projects, selling-in and in-store Create cohesion as stakeholders depend on our initiatives and use your courage, engagement and dynamics to seek out these partnerships Quality throughout the value chain For us, quality means the challenge of continuous improvement to be the best toy producer, the best for children and their development and the best for our colleagues, community and partners.
