To assure our management has the adequate information to make sound decisions via the Limits of Authority (LoA) process we are looking for a student worker with profound Excel capabilities. LoA is the internal approval process for Siemens customer projects and new products. It ensures the requisite quality of the decision as to whether and how Siemens will bid on a project, because it systematically incorporates major technical; commercial and contractual; pricing- and costing-relevant; ethical and legal criteria into the decision. What are my responsibilities? · Identify needs to be used for developing macros, tables and the like by reaching out and collaborating closely with the involved LoA parties. · Update and create new Excel macros in the LoA template · Develop a template for reporting based on the LoA template What do I need to qualify for this job? · You are currently enrolled on a relevant BSc or MSc programme (e.g. within Statistics or the like) and hold profound Excel capabilities. I.e. you demonstrate mastery in programming, creating pivot tables, macros etc.in MS Excel · You are open, positive and trustworthy and demonstrate a can-do attitude in your approach towards your tasks. · You are a good presenter and are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
