Are you experienced within measurement technology or quality work? And would you like to head a department responsible for establishing global standards within element measuring? Maintain and develop our high standards As Head of this department, you will be responsible for a team in charge of measuring new elements, thereby setting the global standards for procedures and methods. Your aim is to create a global competence and knowledge center within the metrology area, and some of your key tasks will be to: Align and determine the quality level of LEGO Bricks. You will have the global responsibility of measuring equipment and calibration thereof Ensure that we are at the forefront of technology development within measuring equipment. Thus, you constantly seek to find new ways to develop and optimise our processes Establish relations with relevant external partners and universities, thereby getting new knowledge, inspiration and sparring Conduct cross-organisational projects, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, as your team plays a key role in the entire value chain Changing the world - brick by brick You will join a company where we strive to inspire, motivate and engage children around the world. In this position, you will have a similar global objective as you make sure we establish high global standards within measuring methods, procedures and all communication connected to this.
