We are looking for an experienced agile coach and Programme Manager to lead the execution of a release train within the credit agenda in Credit Foundation. Credit Foundation in Credit & Capital is part of Retail Banking and provides group-wide IT solutions that enable fast and high-quality credit decisions in Nordea. The position we offer Credit Foundation provides the foundation for digitalised and automated risk adjusted credit decisions for corporate and household customers. We build group wide IT solutions that provide key services to manage credit risk and provide fast credit decision for our corporate and household customers As Programme Manager (Release Train Engineer) you lead execution of the release train, facilitate program level processes and execution, handle impediments, manage risk and dependencies, and drive continuous improvement. You take responsibility in our agile transformation, coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters helping to adapt SAFe to our organisation, standardizing and documenting practices. You support our product owners in delivering business value and collaborate with product management to manage and optimise the flow of value for the release train. The qualifications you need You have several years of experience with servant leadership, coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution, continuous improvement and creating transparency. We believe that there is no one solution that fits all, so you must have a pragmatic mind-set and ability to apply standards, methods, practices and tools in a given context to achieve best results. You enjoy challenging the status quo in an appreciative and positive way. You set ambitious visions and goal and at same time help the teams to select most valuable steps to balance delivery and improvement. You take responsibility and utilize your communicative, analytical and political skills to ensure progress and continuous improvement across the release train, supporting stakeholders and product owners to clearly define their needs.
